I dealt with Melinda as a purchaser. From the day that we arrived at the open for inspection, Melinda's friendliness and warmth towards everybody who entered the property shone through. There was no sales-ey pitch. There was no rushing. She took the time to listen to everyone in regards to the home. It would have to have been the busiest open I'd ever been to (and I'd been to a few!). All I took from her on that day was that she wanted to give everyone involved a fair opportunity in purchasing the home as it seemed everyone wanted it then and there! Since that day, I dealt with Melinda on a daily basis. I got narrowed down to one of the 3 bidders.
