As I have not rented through an agency for over 15years canot compare with previous experience Dealing with L J Hooker Beenleigh has been a pleasure very professional only comment recent smoke alarm inspection waited home no inspection all other units done not unit 2 My unit done in last 3 months when I moved in I presume was not required no doubt was a generic message sent out was a large inconvenience to me Thank you
