We now have 100% occupancy and they are all happy so considering the current covid circumstances on the market I would say I am very happy.

Awesome Agency!!

Great property manager
Krissy has gone above and beyond to support us with finding a new tenant with the shortest vacancy period we have ever experienced. When working with our tenant she shows care and compassion to follow up to ensure their needs are also supported. She is very fair, efficient and professional. Best Property Management Team!
I've used a few agencies in the past and LJ Hooker Beenleigh by far has been the best in Australia to manage two of my properties in Queensland. They are very knowledgeable, sassy, reliable and go out of their way to service your property. They also have a great transparent back office system to keep landlords informed and up to date. Highly commend Michael, Shelly and their respective teams. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them to anyone.
