I had purchased a property through Ben during the peak COVID/Property boom. Ben was professional, proactive and courteous in his dealings and throughout negotiations. Especially given that this was during a time where property was selling like hot cakes, and real estate agents didn't need to do a whole lot for a sale (some who couldn't even be bothered returning phone calls or emails).
