Ben was an excellent realtor and quick to return phone calls & queries. We had a few issues with the person who did the pest and building report only realising after settlement had happen, Ben was understanding & helpful where possible to try resolve the issue with us and the inspector. Even checked up to make sure everything was okay after the fact. Ben is wonderful at his job and i would recommend working with him to future sellers/buyers

This was the 2nd property I sold with Benjamin in 3 months. Was very happy first time so easy decision. There was painting and repairs to be done on this property before it could go on the market, and being out of state, Benjamin's team took care of everything recommending great trades people, organised time in the property with the tenant and kept everything to a tight schedule.
