Trina & her offsider were very helpful but I regret buying this house because of the mess trees around it make, especially Council tree out front when in flower & attracts bats & birds that make a terrible mess. We have just had a couple of trees on neighbours place removed because of danger to our house, but still others need to go as well. They make a lot of work for me. But Trina would not have known that most likely.
