Adams market knowledge and ultimately his followup is why we sold through Adam. We went with another agent first and didn't sell, he followed us up every 2 weeks. more than we heard from our own agent! If we had our time over again we would have gone with him first. Previously with property managers at Raine and Horne for 20 years. Their closure led us being transferred to LJ Hooker. Long term tenant left at the same time, prompting our decision to sell. First Communication from Trina gave a detailed strategy as to how she would sell our house. She and the team were able to guide us as to what repairs renovations were most important - repainting & reflooring, and sourced tradespersons to do these jobs for us, as we do not live in Beenleigh. The first open day was very successful, with a large number of interested parties - a contract being entered into at our desired price. Unfortunately this contract fell through, for reasons of finance approval. A second open day resulted in further & better offers, one of which was accepted within the first week. We are very grateful to Trina and her team for all their efforts on our behalf.

We had a house in fair condition on a difficult block of land. Trina led us through the process of evaluating the value of the property and advising us of maintenance activities that should be undertaken to ensure a sale. Because of the nature of the house and land, the overall process was somewhat complex resulting in four separate contracts from two different buyers. All through this process we were kept up to date as soon developments occurred, and always advised on what action was needed to eventually obtain a result. Trina was dogged in her negotiations with perspective buyers and it was through her persistence that we finally achieved a result, despite a range of issues working against us. At no time did we sense pessimism in her capability to obtain a positive outcome. We can highly recommend Trina and her staff. They were most professional and patient and went that extra yard to achieve a desired result
