I approached another agency however Adam was the only person that was prompt to reply and always followed up in a timely fashion. Still waiting to hear from the other agency after the initial contact. I wanted someone who would work for me not me having to do some of the work for them! Adam right from the start had great phone and email rapport which is what I was looking for as I do not live in QLD.Having received numerous mail outs & emails from Agencies over the past few years when the time came to sell I approached other agencies along with Adam from L J Hooker Beenleigh. There is nothing I believe LJ Hooker or Adam can do to improve, the fact Adam went out of his way to leave us a beautiful surprise of gifts in our bathroom made us feel amazing definitely something we weren't expecting at all. Adam is a fantastic, friendly agent who has also helped me with a couple of phone numbers for an electrician and a tile place to help us with future renovations. I can't thank him enough for everything he has done and we both look forward to working with him & LJ Hooker in the future!
