I knew that putting the house on the market just as the effects of the COVID pandemic set in was going to make it a challenge - individual open inspections replaced open homes meant we had to live in a virtual display home. It was made that little less painful not having to remind them to make the inspection times just after our cleaner had been, knowing that they'd actually heard and recognised the selling points of my home and it's location was reassuring and got the house sold for a price we were content with in such uncertain times.

Dealing with Nadine as our agent was great She was positive and professional When negotiations began she was proactive and remained neutral but with great communication skills was able to drive the sale.
