We truly could not have asked for a better experience!

This was our first time selling a property and Kayla was an absolute blessing. She took so much time to explain everything to us, gave us very accurate expectations and sold the property at asking price within a quick timeframe. We really appreciated her expert opinion and suggestions on how to market/sell the property and honestly can’t believe it went as smoothly as it did. Would recommend Kayla without hesitation!

Hardworking and good communication

We could not have asked for a better experience!

Nadine was amazing from the first moment we contacted her to enquire about her services right until the very end. She was professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make our sale the least stressful experience possible. Nadine is a consummate professional with in depth knowledge of the local market

Nadine is a positive and highly professional agent, with years of experience and in depth knowledge of the property market in our area. She had the added challenge this year of trying to sell our property during Covid shutdown and was proactive in managing our open homes online while opens were banned and gaining some new skills along the way. She managed our expectations, always calling us as soon as she was able to give us updates, and allayed our fears during the prolonged advertising process. We highly recommend contacting Nadine if you are considering selling. Nadine was agent who sold us the house originally so she understood and valued all the work we had done to the property. We liked her so much as a buyer, we wanted her to sell our house.

David and Nadine's memory and attention to details made the difference

I knew that putting the house on the market just as the effects of the COVID pandemic set in was going to make it a challenge - individual open inspections replaced open homes meant we had to live in a virtual display home. It was made that little less painful not having to remind them to make the inspection times just after our cleaner had been, knowing that they'd actually heard and recognised the selling points of my home and it's location was reassuring and got the house sold for a price we were content with in such uncertain times.
