We highly recommend the services of Karen and her team for the sale of properties. They are great to deal with and nothing was a problem for them.

I obtained Karen's contact details from a flyer she had sent me some months before. I had been contacted directly by a number of agents wishing to list my property and I received conflicting advice. From my first call with Karen, I was put at ease and felt comfortable with her. She was experienced in the area and was able to provide accurate sales history information and sensible advice. Karen and her PA Chloe did everything that they said that they would do when they said they would, and secured a buyer for my property at the high end of their suggested price range two days after putting it on the market. I have no hesitation in recommending Karen and Chloe, and I would be happy to work with them again.

Rachael did an amazing job in presenting the property to us, as well as a fantastic handover with the previous owner of the property. I can not fault our experience and how no issues we had were too big to rectify in a short amount of time. I can not recommend Rachaels services enough. We are very happy with our new home and can not wait to move in.

Karen, Ian and Chloe were outstanding in their performance to sell our property. They are trustworthy and reliable agents who always strive to get the best outcome for both parties.

We picked Karen for her preparedness upon first meeting her and her positivity re our property. She encouraged us to get the property on the market asap as she felt sure it would sell quickly which it did. We did not have any open houses nor advertising and the settlement was under 30 days which was quite quick and a bit rushed but the buyers where very keen and needing somewhere quite quickly. Chloe was very helpful once the sale was settled but once the contract was signed we did not see Kare again and was a bit disappointed that the effort wasn't made to at least say thanks on both sides. I would recommend the team to sell any property.

Courtney was everything an agent should be and more! She was prompt, had exceptional communication skills, was honest, efficient, a great pre-existing database and went well above and beyond which I've heard before from her other clients! She even helped us weed!! We had a brilliant outcome and a record sale for our house layout and street price. I would recommend hands down Courtney as your agent!
