How lucky were we to find Nyree to sell our property? Two years ago we thought about selling and Nyree gave us excellent advice and really put in a huge effort to sell our rental property. However, for personal reasons we changed our mind about selling at that stage. We kept in contact and Nyree kept us informed of market trends. So when we decided to sell this year, she was the obvious choice. She went way beyond what you would expect a sales agent to do, and as we live interstate, she had to do quite a bit of extra organising, and dealing with various trades to prepare our property for sale. She was always true to her word and kept in contact, often by video call, which made us feel as if we were there in person. Nothing was any trouble for her and she was always in good humour. If she had to look for more information, she did so and always rang back, something you don't always find. Our only regret is that we don't have another property in Brisbane for her to sell.

Brenda and I are Australian Citizens living in the San Francisco Bay Area. We saw a cute house for sale on www.realestate.com.au by Professionals Redlands Real Estate. The house was on the market for just about a couple of days. We sent a message to the listing Agent, Jade Hale who promptly responded. Within 24 hours, we had a phone discussion with Jade, arranged for a relative to inspect the house and 24 hours later, we were in contract to buy the house. There were 19 groups of people with 4 wanting to make offers a couple of days later when the property had its scheduled first and only public inspection. Jade displayed great knowledge of the area and outstanding customer service. He offered to provide any help we needed and recommended a local conveyance solicitor and inspection services. Not many people spend over half a million dollars to buy a property from thousands of miles away without seeing it. We felt comfortable doing so with all the help Jade provided. We plan to rent out the house initially and Jade promptly recommended one of his colleagues at Professionals to manage the property. Jade offered to conduct a video pre-settlement inspection through Skype to allow us to see the property live and answered all the questions we had. He was patient, attentive to our needs and was wonderful to deal with. We have bought and sold properties in Australia and in the United States and Jade was the best agent we've had. It's been a pleasure doing business with Jade and Professionals Redlands Real Estate and we recommend him to any prospective clients.
