Nyree did an absolutely amazing job selling our house! Nyree was able to work with multiple buyers to negotiate an awesome result for us which was higher then we thought from the onset, but right within her predicted range! Nyree is very knowledgeable, professional and extremely dedicated to her work! Would highly recommend Nyree to anyone for future sales!

Nyree recently sold a house for me in Ormiston. We achieved a great result and her professionalism and skill were second to none. If you are selling in the Redlands, I would only call one agent. Thanks Again Nyree

Nyree helped us prepare and sell a difficult property. Her advice, market knowledge and generosity made a complicated process that much more achievable. She was always available and pro-active and earned our trust very early. Her constant encouragement and useful feedback was extremely valuable. She persevered through a market downturn and achieved a profitable sale for us in circumstances that would have discouraged others. We are happy to recommend her highly to anyone. Ian & Janet Martin

We both felt completely comfortable with Karen from our first meeting. She has an extensive knowledge of the area and kept us well informed at every stage. Her professionalism was evident throughout the process of selling our home. We would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Karen.

In November 2015 I decided to sell my townhouse and hopefully move to a small single level house nearby. Karen Renouf was recommended by a friend after I had already interviewed another agent who I was rather satisfied with. I made an appointment with Karen and she presented a comprehensive and thorough comparative market analysis that compared this townhouse with other similar properties in the area which had recently been sold or were currently for sale. I was impressed by this presentation which clearly disclosed what marketing would be done and all costs, so I was very comfortable in selecting Karen to try and sell my townhouse. Karen advertised the property and her and her team conducted open house on Saturdays as well as brought prospective buyers through on a regular basis. Unfortunately the time ran into the Christmas/New Year period meaning most things (including selling property) seemed to slow down, however Karen's team continued to remain positive and seemed to put even more effort into securing a sale, with the result being that a buyer was found and after much negotiation a sale was finalised. There were a lot of similar properties on the market when mine was also put up for sale and I have since noticed that most of them are still for sale so I am very happy that I chose Karen as my agent. During all our dealings, Karen's team continually kept me informed and I found them to be very obliging, courteous, ethical and trustworthy. I would definitely have no hesitation in recommending Karen Renouf to anyone wanting to sell their property. Thank you once again for your efforts in achieving this excellent result for me.

We would love to recommend Nyree Ewings as a sales representative if you are buying or selling your property. She has extensive market knowledge and outstanding negotiation skills. We originally bought our property through Nyree six years ago and were so impressed with her that when we decided to sell recently we contacted her again and engaged her for the sale. Nyree was able to achieve the price we wanted for our home in a highly competitive market and sold within a relatively short time. We would not hesitate to recommend Nyree for her professional manner in all aspects of selling or buying real estate.

We found Nyree Ewings to be always happy and friendly, but seriously knowledgeable and focussed. She told us the truth, not necessarily what we wanted to hear, and didn't waste time with buyers who made unrealistic offers on our property. Her skills and experience in this area are second to non, and I am very pleased to recommend Nyree Ewings to anyone wishing to sell a property at the best price in any market.

Mid 2015 we arranged for an appraisal of our property as we had decided to move to the Sunshine Coast. We contacted Karen Renouf for two reasons, the first being that she had sold the property to us six years ago and we had been impressed by her at that point. Since moving to the area we have constantly seen Karen's signs on properties in the area and surrounding suburbs and have always been impressed by the seemingly short period of time between a 'For Sale' sign going up and the 'Sold' sign appearing. For those reasons we didn't hesitate to arrange for Karen to do an appraisal for us. She visited and discussed the current market, past market and how she felt we should proceed going forward. Her knowledge, research and professionalism is impressive to say the least and early this year (2016) we again contacted Karen when all systems were go to place our property on the market. All our dealings with her have been excellent and she has ensured that the process has been without stress. The photographs taken for the website looked great and we had two offers on the very first day!! By the evening we had accepted an offer for our asking price and a week later we were unconditional!!! We couldn't be happier with the result. Sometimes in this day and age it is hard to find a professional who genuinely cares and who has absolute integrity. Karen ticks all the boxes and we are very appreciative of all her efforts on our behalf. We have no hesitation is recommending Karen if you are thinking of selling your property. As local people we learnt of Nyree's via word of mouth, the local paper & her own mailbox flyer. When Nyree meet with us for an initial appraisal, we were impressed with her professionalism and local market knowledge. She was easy to talk to and listened to what we had to say. We didn't get any other appraisals as we thought Nyree was the right person to sell our property. Although our needs were high, Nyree worked with us to obtain an outstanding outcome.
