LJ Hooker has a well-established property management system, where landlord can easily retrieve property conditions, transactions history and lease related records and documents. The agency obviously has good market knowledge as they could secure new tenants in reasonably short time. However, we were a little disappointed at their services. They were a little slow to respond to landlord enquires and their management was a little careless. In one incident, they have forgotten to renew lease so that tenants could move out with only a short notice. The agency's communication with landlord could be improved. When negotiating a lease, the agency had not consulted with the landlord about the new lease start date. Also, after securing the lease, landlord was not immediately informed the date of new tenant moving in. In addition, we only received an outgoing inspection report nearly a month after tenant moved out. In general, the agency was still an OK agency since things needed to be done were done.
