The keys to use real estate rental management are prompt, responsive, good communication with integrity in dealing with landlord. Landlord paid the managing agents to manage the property. He/She should handle the minor repairs, complaints and issues from the tenants with care and integrity instead of outsourcing his/her responsibilities to landlord. Mutual trusts need to build up between managing agents and landlord in rental industry.
