Jason has been a pleasure to deal with from the moment we decided to sell our house. He is very honest and straightforward. Plus is aware of the local market. We thought it may have been a challenge to sell during Covid 19 however, Jason went over and beyond and delivered. We would strongly recommend him.

Buying a home can be both scary and nerve racking especially in these times. It is made easier when you have a true professional helping and guiding you through the experience. Jason showed how professional he really was and also made himself available for all questions or concerns we had. Jason is certainly an asset to the LJ Hooker team and his understanding of the area and home trends was a advantage. He possessed both a positive and "can do" attitude to us and his work. Congratulations Jason on the sale and good luck with your future challenges.

Our experience with Jason was straightforward, very responsive, and very practical. We had some of our own difficulties which he was able to broker agreeable solutions between ourselves and the vendor. From what I can see, all parties have had a good experience in this deal. Great Job Jason!

Jason very quickly earned our trust by being upfront, honest, guiding and updating us every step of the way. We were so impressed with Jason's professionalism, communication and attention to detail which was outstanding. The marketing of our property was extremely well organised and Jason's standout personal video marketing really created alot extra foot traffic through the open homes. This wasn't a straight forward sale as our property was old with potential. Jason is a family man and worked tirelessly through the process taking time away from family on short notice to show potential buyers through. Probably most impressive was Jason's fortitude and drive to bounce back after a setback. We had a contract straight after the first open home. Jason negotiations skills on our behalf was outstanding and above market expectations but this contract didn't proceed after the extended cooling off period. We had lost all momentum by then, and with drive and determination Jason started the process all over again. There is a reason why you are recognised as 'Agent of the Year' . It's not because of all the photos of 'Sold' signs, it's because of who Jason is, a family man of the highest integrity, a man that wants the best outcomes for sellers and buyers alike. Jason sold our home, again above market expectations to a lovely family who will love and look after our 'family home'. Thank you Jason. So blessed to find you and trust you to sell our family home.
