Before choosing an agent I researched agents in the area. I based my research on the effort they put in and the knowledge of the area. Jason and his team stood out as the best in the Greystanes area. When I met with Jason at his office his team were friendly and I felt comfortable right away. He spent time explaining the process and providing objective data to come up with a sale price I was comfortable with I had some concerns about the property selling uring christmas and while it had tennants. The lease did not expiring for another 4 months. He took control of the situation and made the process simple and easy for myself and the existing tennants. After only 2 open homes the property sold for $10,000 over the asking price. I was very pleased and Jason exceeded my expectations. I recommend Jason to all my family and friends. He is a true professional and an asset to our community.

I first approached Jason at the LJ Hooker office at Greystanes shopping centre about the possibility of selling our house. His response to my initial enquiry was highly professional and polished and I invited him to present to both myself and my wife at the listing appointment. We did look at two other agents as well but Jason's approach and research was spot on and we both agreed to appoint him to sell our house. We agreed to an auction campaign and the marketing associated with it attracted a great deal of attention at the open houses. Despite the attention Jason said that the most interested parties were at a level which was 50k off what we wanted to sell the property for. However, Jason was able, after some negotiation, to secure a figure which allowed us to sell prior to the Auction at a price very close to our asking. We were very happy with this and now await settlement in early 2020. Apart from Jason's fabulous communication skills we felt the balance between us the seller and the buyer could have been stronger in favour of the us. This may have been an unintentional consequence of keeping buyers interested in the property with a market still recovering from a downtrend over the last 18 months or so, but nevertheless both of us expressed this sentiment. Having said all of this I can highly recommend Jason as a first class agent for anybody looking to sell their property.

Jason did an excellent job with all stages of the sale from contract to sale. He was transparent all the way.
