Julie is exceptionally professional. She is well knowledgeable and understands the purchasing process extremely well. She is out right honest. She is very clear over the negotiation process and make sure nothing is overlooked. I couldn't recommend her more, if I am going to sell or buy property in the future, I am definitely coming back to Julie.

Julie has great insights regarding the hinterland housing market and guided us regarding presentation, pricing and marketing strategy. Marketing and promotion of our property was excellent and cost effective - providing good competitive interest. She is a fantastic saleswoman and was tireless in her pursuit of a sale. I would not hestitate to recommend her to anyone contemplating the sale of hinterland acreage property.

Although this is the first time we have engaged Julie to sell our home, she has always been available to answer our questions, and give sound advice. We have known Julie for a number of years now, and she has often given us appraisals when we were thinking of selling. Julie has an excellent knowledge of the area we live in, and also provided us with details on a potential property we were considering buying, even though she wasn't the selling agent. Julie listened to our requests & concerns when we decided to finally sell, and managed to sell our home for over what we had hoped for! We would highly recommend contacting Julie if you are thinking of selling your home, I'm sure you won't be disappointed!

Great agent to work with. Found him very open to talk to, fair to both parties and happy to resolve any issues in a timely matter. Has been a pleasuring dealing through him.

My wife and I engaged Ewan to sell our rental property in Upper Coomera. It was still tenanted and we are living over in Perth. Ewan and his team, provided a professional and personal service throughout the selling process. He turned what we thought would be a stressful time in our lives, into an uncomplicated success story. Once again, a big thank you for delivering on your promise.

I was a buyer interstate on one of the most popular properties being sold that week.. Julie's ability to keep me in the loop throughout the process, through to the settlement and even assisting the removalists on the day have been exceptional. Honestly, if I were to buy again, I'd hope she was the selling agent.

We bought our home in Worongary 5.5 years ago and Alex was the Real Estate Agent for that purchase. Over the past five years Alex kept in touch offering us frequent market appraisals and info about the performance of our area. So when it came time to sell our home we knew he would be the right person to do it. He had an added advantage of the using some amazing technology behind his already very experienced sales skills. This helped us achieve a record price for our suburb! Alex is always easy to deal with and nothing is too much trouble. He got the right people in the door and did the right work to get us an unbelievable price for our home. He he highly recommended as an experienced and dedicated sales person.

Debbie was amazing and went above and beyond for us as we were in Covid lockdown in another state and unable to be at our property in person.

Ewan spent time with us over an extended period due to delays with our new home being built. He helped us to understand the market and to be ready for what was to come. He advised us on the best way to present our home for sale and was always ready to communicate and assist us in any way. We were all surprised by the amazing result achieved by hard work and dedication over time. We were very happy with the service we received from Ewan, Josh and LJ Hooker which has continued even after the contract was signed. Thank you!
