My wife and I have recently relocated from Merrimac to Carrara and we had the pleasure of meeting Ewan when we purchased our home. Throughout the purchasing process Ewan was accomodating and very transparent each step of the way which was a much needed grounding point in such a hot market as a young couple. With local insight and knowledge Ewan was able facilitate a smooth settlement which exceeded our expectations. We will only be trusting Ewan and LJ Hooker for all our future real estate needs.

Julie is an excellent real estate agent. I have found her to be genuine, honest and have a realistic approach. Selling a home can be a stressful experience however I found Julie's communication throughout the process to be outstanding and definitely eased any initial burdens I felt. Julie has an excellent knowledge of the Mount Nathan area which I believe was instrumental in receiving the positive sale outcome I did. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Alex Bally was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process of selling our property. Given we were located in another state Alex took the reins and went over and above in terms of communication, guidance and customer service. Our property had a few surprises being, tenants staying longer than expected, Bond clean issues & some unexpected repairs. Alex took all of this in his stride and assisted us in getting the property to market. We are very happy with the result given it was over the initial agreed price as well! I would not hesitate to recommend Alex Bally & the team at LJ Hooker Nerang to anyone wishing to sell their property or for property management.

Alex Bally is a very personable agent with a delightful manner in marked contrast to previous real estate agents that I have dealt with in over a dozen properties that I have purchased as an adult.

Julie was extremely professional and her advice on what the market conditions were great. She told us how it was and guided us through the sales process and to a final sale contract.

We recently bought an investment property through Ewan and found him to be a high quality and forthright communicator. A property we were interested in already had a contract on it. We advised to contact us if this should fall over. Ewan did this and throughout negotiations was receptive and agreeable - clearly interested in getting a good outcome for his vendor AND for us. In our experience, this is not always the case!. - We would recommend Ewan to others!

I live around 850kms away from where my home is and Ewan went over and above my expectations getting a sale for my home. Even with me being so far away, nothing was too much trouble for him. I have bought and sold 7 homes so far and dealing with Ewan was so easy. His knowledge is excellent and his ability to be able to discuss issues with my buyer and get a great outcome for all parties is commendable and highly desirable. I would highly recommend Ewan to anyone wishing to sell their home or investment property.
