Once again Steve has achieved an amazing result for us in selling our home. He provided continuing advice and encouragement whilst we were refurbishing the property. The property went on the market on a Tuesday, was sold on the Thursday at the sale price. Throughout the sale settlement period he was available to help sort out some issues that enabled the sale to progress. We can't sing our praises loud enough for Steve's respresentation on our behalf. This is our second property that Steve has acted on for us. Both times... EXCELLENT RESULTS!! Well done Steve.

We had no experience when it came time to sell our house. Steve was fantastic. Very helpful, very understanding and willing to explain everything to us. We got a great price for the house (much more than we expected) and it sold days after going on the market. Do yourself a favour and use Steve Snow!

We recently purchased our home via Ewan from LJ Hooker. We found Ewan to be very professional, genuine and credible. We liked the way he carried out the transaction from start to finish including a follow up post sale. Highly recommended. Regards, Terry and Rebecca

Ewan has been remarkable in a situation that has not been easy with two parties not exactly even on speaking terms. He has worked so hard on this sale to a very good result, solely down to his hard work. He is professional, approachable and nothing was too much trouble, he really did go over and above! When I look to buy or sell my next home I wouldn't want to deal with anyone else other than Ewan.

Best agent we worked with on the coast, fantastic to deal with, always kept us in the loop, not the first time we've used him as he always gets the results he promises.

We found Alex Bally to be always honest, on top of every situation and always the professional. We would have no problem in recommending Alex to anyone selling their property.

We were almost at the point of giving up on purchasing a property as we had one bad experience after another with real estate agents. From the initial phone call with Steve it was a breeze, not pushy, no lies about other offers made etc. Did not call us to badger for an offer or increase the offer. Just upfront, honest and went over and above to make the process easy for us. Because of his attitude we have not had any hesitation with this purchase.

Steve is a very open, friendly and down to earth agent. He is highly experienced and knowledgeable and goes above and beyond for both the seller and buyer. Steve is never to busy to return a call or make enquiries on your behalf. He keeps you informed throughout the buying/ selling process and stays in touch afterwards. If your looking for genuine, efficient and affective agent to sell your home or to buy a new property Steve is the agent to call.

Alex Bailey sold my house for me at Baloo Cresent Nerang some time ago. Just wanted to say that I found him very helpful when dealing with me.He always kept me informed as to what was going on in the sale and even though a lot of the time I was away in NSW always rang me to let me know from day to day the update. I do not have a great deal to do with estate agents and some times think that they can be very pushy when decisions have to be made but never found Alex to be like that He always listened to anything I had to say and I think he was very honest with me in all his advice. On the day of the auction I was in NSW and could not attend so he set up a landline link for me so as I could hear what was going on at all times and again never twisted my arm to accept the offer.I can only say that if I ever had anymore houses to sell or buy I would personally seek him out to do my bussiness with. Thank you Alex Regards from Joy Breuer

I have been involved with Ewan Kerr on both sides of the property game, both buying a property and selling a property. I have found Ewan to be very professional, honest, hardworking, results focused, with the client always coming first. During the sale of my property, I could not fault his enthusiasm and commitment, he involved me in the strategy, was a great communicator, he over-delivered on everything, and we achieved a great timely sale. I thoroughly recommend Ewan, and would definitely engage him again.
