Steve Snow LJ Hooker Nerang was the agent we used to sell our home in Carrara. Steve was professional and personal from the outset. Steve kept in constant contact with my husband and I at all stages of the selling process. Our house was sold within 5 weeks, even over the "slow" Christmas/NY period. I believe this was attributed to the weekly open houses and Steve's knowledge of the local housing market. Steve was happy to negotiate with the buyer to reach our asking price. We are more than happy to recommend Steve Snow when selling a property.

I have sold a number of investment properties over recent years and therefore I am in a good position to rate the Agents. Alex Bally is head & shoulders above the others. He works very hard to achieve the price for the OWNER and is very effective in negotiating interested parties up to that price

Steve was the agent of the house which is now my first home in Carrara. He made the whole process easy and was always very prompt with communications. Nothing was too hard for him and he was very knowledgeable on the area and house. Would highly recommend Steve and will definitely use him if I decide to sell in the future. Thanks Steve.

Selling a house can be a very stressful and emotional time. My wife and I found Steve, to be very supportive through our house selling experience. Steve was also our agent when we purchased the house 6 years ago. We had a positive experience then, so asked him to help with the sale.

Steve was helpful from the start and returned any messages and queries promptly. Everything was explained to us in detail from the start and Steve has helped with questions after settlement also. We would gladly do business with him again in the future.

My partner and I were so thankful for Steve's genuine approach to helping us secure our first home. There was nothing that Steve could not help us with. Providing us with the option of using a loans consultant helped us to secure our house, and I couldn't speak highly enough of Rosie. I would highly recommend Steve to help you find that perfect home, with his extensive knowledge in the real estate industry and his familiarity of the area we bought it, I couldn't think of anybody else! Thanks Steve :)

My Hubby & I contacted Steve Snow at LJ Hooker Nerang when we came across this house that we were interested in. He made himself available after hours for us to be able to view this home and welcomed us in for the viewing. He is very approachable and honest which gave us the confidence in dealing with him. Subsequently from this initial viewing we were so impressed with the property as well as his character that we put an offer in for the purchase. We were successful! He put himself out in so many extra ways other than just the sale, we were able to call on him for extra information and support when we needed during the sale & after the settlement period. I have no hesitation in referring Steve Snow to all our family & friends & work associates if they need a Real Estate Agent they can feel comfortable and confident in. Thanks Again Steve for your brilliant service. Cheers Liz & John Jakupec
