After losing faith in our first agent, we were introduced to Dean. We asked Dean to give us his opinion on the salability of our home. Even though we were disappointed in not getting a price for the two story villa we both thought and expected (looking at the local Brisbane market) we were happy in the way Dean Hamilton presented our asset. The photo gallery presented the villa well. Living in WA the same villa would get at least $50 to $100K more. Such is the property market in Brisbane. Dean was a very good communicator and kept us informed regularly on how things were going.
