After losing faith in our first agent, we were introduced to Dean. We asked Dean to give us his opinion on the salability of our home. Dean confirmed our feelings that our initial agent was not looking out for best interests, and then explained how he would improve our situation. It was a difficult situation, because the house had been on the market for four weeks with weekly price reductions "to get new buyers in", as our initial agents explained. All this did was reduce the offers, and we knew our home was worth more than was being offered. Dean's strategy sold our home within one week of lisiting, for a price that we felt reflected the value of our home. Thank you, Dean!

Richard acted for us recently in the sale of our property to a developer, and then in the subsequent purchase of units in our property to be devloped (allowing us some freedom in the location and design of our units). Even though we were disappointed in not getting a price for the two story villa we both thought and expected (looking at the local Brisbane market) we were happy in the way Dean Hamilton presented our asset. The photo gallery presented the villa well. Living in WA the same villa would get at least $50 to $100K more. Such is the property market in Brisbane. Dean was a very good communicator and kept us informed regularly on how things were going.
