Dean provided good advice on selling my apartment. He arranged tradesman for new paint job, new carpet and inspection of a leak. Dean was always in contact and gave me updates/progress on when my tenants moved out, when the tradesman started completed the work. My apartment was sold within a week. I am very happy with Dean and the price I got for my apartment.
