“Best Real Estate Agent in Brisbane.” I have considered the above statement to be true for some time now, but it has only been further confirmed to me during my recent search over the Brisbane/Greater Brisbane area for the right home. Not only did Richard achieve a premium sale price for my home, but I have also seen his high ethics, honesty, thoroughness, knowledge and experience demonstrated to me from the buyer’s perspective. Prior to appointing him as my agent, I had watched and listened to him during open houses on another property – one that was a great investment, but one that had some traits that may cause some buyers to not see its value. As he did with my property, Richard had researched all there was to know about the site and all the appropriate solutions to the perceived issues and was able to impressively and honestly explain both the “issue” and its solution to all interested buyers in order to remove any doubt of the high value of the property and in turn, achieved a premium sale price for that property. Through his character and his nearly 30 years in the industry, Richard also has the advantage of an extensive network of previous buyers, sellers and peers that are only too happy to work with him again, which is again to the benefit of his current clients. There is only so much one can say in a review, so I have let Richard know that I more than happy to speak to his potential clients so that I can elaborate further on all the reasons as to why I think he is the Real Estate agent of choice.
