I've bought or sold maybe a dozen properties in my lifetime. Richard left a strong, lasting impression. He was such a champion: all over everything, all the time. He advised revamping a dozen aspects of the house before auction, gave me a timeline, got it done, oversaw it all. I did pretty much nothing. We went to auction, got the needed several bidders, and arrived at a great result. Couldn't have been more impressed with Richard. For the northern half of Brisbane, I wouldn't think of using anyone else.
