I am lucky enough to have known Simon from LJ Hooker for the past 5 years or so. Meeting him before he was at LJ Hooker. It has been amazing to see him grow over the past 5 years and when it was time to sell my house, it was an easy choice. I have worked with a few agents in the past but on the buying side. They were unfortunately average at best. Once the paperwork was done and it was unconditional, no word from them until it was time to settle and they got their cut! I was overwhelmed with the support Simon gave me as well as the sellers. Being open and honest with both parties to ensure the deal was as smooth as possible. I was away while the first open home was completed and Simon kept me in the loop. Even with a few hiccups with buyers double and triple offering on houses, one being mine. Simon kept his cool and was able to secure a better offer than I could have hoped for. I knew in this market I would get a good price but Simon got me SO much more than I thought was possible! I would highly recommend Simon and the whole team at LJ Hooker. The whole experience was amazing and if I am to sell again, Simon will be the first number I call!
