Excellent, knows the market, professional and hard working
When I bought my house, Dean was the agent. I knew he was working hard for the owner as they had a lot of interest but Dean and Simon were working to vet the previous owner the best price then until after 9pm one night!
Whilst I hadn't planned to sell, when the market moved again, Dean was the only agent I contacted as I knew he would know the price to aim for, he is confident, straight talking yet so helpful and he cares! Dean responded with contacts to help get my house ready for market within 5mins of asking and this is the consistent experience- Dean responds straight away and has so much knowledge and us so connected - nothing is a problem!
He started showing my house before the first open to ensure buyers had the best opportunity to view (whereas some less hard working agents may tell buyers to wait for an open).
I was kept informed through the process and as we expected had a lot of interest at the first open, with the support of excellent photos and write up online that Dean and Simon arranged.
By the evening of the first open Dean had spoken with interested parties and negotiated hard on my behalf resulting in multi offers and 5 written offers! And even though it was his wife's birthday Dean didn't stop working that evening (whilst at the dinner - he wouldn't let his wife down being a great guy:) ). And that night U accepted an offer above where I was hoping and even dreamed of 3 weeks earlier. But it was at the top of the range Dean thought and had advised me - he knows his stuff. Plus he achieved multiple offers around that same level also giving the buyer comfort the market price was right!
I can't thank you enough Dean and with Simons support. I would not worry about contacting any other agents in the stafford area in future as you won't find a better, more transparent, expert or helpful agent than Dean Hamilton at LJ Hooper!!
