Dean helped us by our house and when we went to sell it we went straight back to him. He told us it would sell quickly and he was able to get us a great price without even having to advertise it. He has great contacts and never pressured us to hold out for more when we were happy with the price (more than happy) and wanted a quick sale so we could put the money towards a renovation in the house we live in (the house being discussed was an investment property).
