We invited Dean to give us an appraisal of our home when we needed to sell, because I had worked with Dean in the past, and knew him to be a straight shooter - no rubbishy sales talk. He gave us great advice about the best way forward - and saved us a lot of money, by advising not to paint or do any works around the house. He could do this, because he knew the type of buyer who would be interested in our property and knew the market well. He then went away, made a few calls & had 2 lots of buyers come through the next day. We had 2 offers that afternoon and the house was sold by 10pm. From the very outset Simon was great to deal with. He was open and honest about the market value of our property and what we could achieve for a sale price. He knew the Stafford area well and had a great plan to promote & sell our property. We had a initial set back with an early contract terminating on finance, but Simon was very clear up front about maintaining momentum during the finance period and had immediate back up offers when the contract fell through. Selling through COVID had its challenges but Simon was in constant contact throughout the sale process and definitely made the hiccups on the way easier to deal with.
