From the very outset Simon was great to deal with. He was open and honest about the market value of our property and what we could achieve for a sale price. He knew the Stafford area well and had a great plan to promote & sell our property. We had a initial set back with an early contract terminating on finance, but Simon was very clear up front about maintaining momentum during the finance period and had immediate back up offers when the contract fell through. Selling through COVID had its challenges but Simon was in constant contact throughout the sale process and definitely made the hiccups on the way easier to deal with.
