After months of searching for a new home, we found a house we liked in an area we were keen to settle in. We emailed the agent, Simon, to enquire about it and learnt that it was already under contract. We were disappointed, but Simon asked what, particularly, we were looking for and we gave him our wish list. He immediately sent us a description of some possible houses, one of which was exactly what we were looking for! The house was not yet listed but, at our request, he arranged an inspection for us at short notice and we made an offer, which was accepted, that very night. As first home buyers, we found Simon’s guidance and help invaluable – he knows his market very well, responded to every question (and there were many!) promptly and with good humour, and was readily available, enabling all our requests, during the entire purchasing process. He has a wonderful, easy-going manner that took much of the stress out of the buying process and is a pleasure to work with. We recommend him very highly!

I asked Simon to help me sell my property, as I had previously bought another property from him. He is professional to a tee - every knowledgeable, coming to the table with an array of market strategies. He is transparent in his approach which I really like, and will always strive for the best outcome. Simon is a very affective communicator - quick to call / text / email with relevant updates. Simon is quick to pivot if a strategy is not working and will quickly collate market information and present it in an easy to digest manner. He is also open to conversation about his strategies and takes feedback well. I cannot recommend Simon enough. I will be asking for his help in the future again.

I received a referral for LJ Hooker Stafford Rd, to assist with the sale of my investment unit in the area. I met Simon Brigden onsite to discuss his strategy and to see if I felt comfortable with his knowledge and sales experience. His enthusiasm shone right from the outset and after discussing the basics, it was up to me to reflect on whether to engage Simon or not. I gave it some thought and fortunately decided, based upon my feeling very comfortable with him, that I would engage his services. From that moment, Simon didn't miss a beat. He gave sound advice about marketing, which I embraced and he put in an unwavering effort to get it on the market as soon as possible and presented in the best way possible. After only 2 'open for inspections' did draw some attention, but within less than a week of being on the market, we had a successful offer/contract and I am absolutely delighted. We are soo happy that we chose Simon to sell our house. We did meet him years ago while we went to the same gym in Stafford, Crossfit Roar. I didn’t know him well, just thought he was a lovely guy. Then when it was time to sell, I thought of him straight away and knew he would be the right person for the job. He made the entire process such a breeze from the very beginning to the end. Always happy to help when i had a million annoying questions for him and he made me feel welcome to. Such an easy going agent, and I could imagine how welcoming and not overbearing (like some real estate agents can be) he would have made the open houses. He sold our house fast and got exactly what we wanted for it. Couldn’t ask for more.
