Dean was the agent when we purchased our property a number of years ago. He was aware of our plans to perhaps develop the property in the future, and over the years kept us appraised of other development plans in the area. Dean contacted us when he became aware of the off-market purchase of an adjoining block by a developer. After discussing the matter with us, he then contacted the developer and negotiated for the sale of our property (at a very good price), to be incorporated into the development. From my painful experience there are some slack agents out there who make mistakes and cut corners, Dean shines through as exactly the opposite of this.
