Dean contacted us when he became aware of the off-market purchase of an adjoining block by a developer. After discussing the matter with us, he then contacted the developer and negotiated for the sale of our property (at a very good price), to be incorporated into the development. This is an excellent result for us, and we appreciate Dean's constant vigilance in looking after our interests.
