From my painful experience there are some slack agents out there who make mistakes and cut corners, Dean shines through as exactly the opposite of this. Don’t make the mistake I made and use Dean as your second agent, make sure you list with him first!

So many agents miss out on sales when they are arrogant or dismissive of buyers, or refuse to show properties at times convenient to buyers.
