Usually when an agent asks for a review it's from a sellers' perspective. This review is a little different. I met Dean in 2014 when he appraised our home in Stafford. He was knowledgable of the market gave us some good advice on preparing the property for sale and possible choices for relocation. A change of circumstances occurred and we decided not to sell.
