Nathan has been with us throughout the whole buying process, including helping us research area's, houses, pricing etc. He has been very thorough and helpful. We have been able to contact him with any queries we've had and he always responds in a very timely manner. He has superior knowledge of the Brisbane real estate market which we found very useful and we also learnt a lot from him. He's also just a really nice guy! Usually when an agent asks for a review it's from a sellers' perspective. This review is a little different. I met Dean in 2014 when he appraised our home in Stafford. He was knowledgable of the market gave us some good advice on preparing the property for sale and possible choices for relocation. A change of circumstances occurred and we decided not to sell. Fastforward to 2017 and our daughter was looking to buy her first home. Dean was acting as the vendors' agent a represented their interests very well. This gives me confidence to list a property with him in future. Dean is prompt in communication and very easy to deal with. 10/10 for Dean and LJH Stafford.

Dean was so helpful through every step of selling my house. It was the first time I have sold a property and he really took the stress out of my hands by managing the process so well. His knowledge and ability to read people and situations in the realestate market really put me at ease and I could trust him entirely to make the best decision on my behalf if needed. My house sold incredibly quickly which is what I needed and he provided all of the necessary services to get it over the line. I couldn't recommend him enough! :-)
