I have recently sold my house in Stafford and I went through Dean Hamilton at LJ Hooker at Stafford. Dean listed my house on Monday and by the Saturday it was sold. I believe as Dean has been in the norther suburbs of Brisbane for many years and has a very good understanding of the housing market he was able to suggest a competitive price for the sale. With his negotiation skills he was able to procure and extra $20,000 over the asking price. My new home is in Manly and as it so happened, came on the market on the same day as my house at Stafford . Dean was most helpful in the purchasing of this property as well, as I had very little knowledge of how real estate works. The whole venture went exceptionally smoothly.
