I had problem buying property in Queensland's hot market. Every agent that I contacted did not communicate properly, seemed more confused then I was. With Trudy was different. She is very knowledgeable, patient, and customer focused. We missed a couple of properties by offering just under sold price. Trudy continue to look after us trying to find suitable property for us. She answered every our call, message, email. Finally she found the property for us. She led us trough all the process helping us to find conveyancer, building inspector, property management and anything else we needed. we live in VIC and that also ment a lot to us. I recommend Trudy for all your real-estate needs Miladin & Nada

I am happy to correspond with LJ Hookers, Yarrabilba. Within 2 working days, both parties have signed the sale of the contract. Whenever I need information about the property and even tenant-related LJ Hookers delivered information and help promptly. I am happy to keep my investment property to LJ Hookers as a "Property Management".

Buying a house is stressful, especially when agents are sneaky about pricing, offers and make it difficult to know if your budget makes you a potential buyer of a property. Trudy was up front, direct and made it very easy to put an offer in and get the sale done and contracted within hours of first discussing it. Timely communication throughout and knew the property and area well. Highly recommend!
