Trudy was absolutely terrific to work with for the sale of our property. Her market knowledge and her great advice and guidance on the best way to prepare for and place our property on the market left us feeling very comfortable and confident. To receive a phone call from Trudy within a couple weeks of our property being advertised with a great offer was just amazing. Our property sold for more than we expected and much faster. I couldn't recommend Trudy more highly.

Wow Trudy The effort that you put into selling our home was above and beyond. Advise on how to market our home and options for selling were explained well. We may not have been successful at the Auction, but you had something up your sleeve and got us a contract the next day. Communication with Trudy is impeccable. Thankyou again for selling our home.

A kind, caring and unassuming character. Approached the day to day job requirements with professionalism. Nothing was never too much trouble. Always went that one step more to make sure her client was satisfied. An honest and caring estate agent. Executed her duties with the upmost diligence and beyond the call of duty. After sales service was excellent and with a personal touch. Trudy always made you feel you were the most important client in her repertoire.

Trudy was recommended by our friend and she delivered! She listened to what we wanted to achieve and catered to our needs. The inspections were not disruptive at all, which is a bonus if you have kids. She managed to seal the deal with the buyer in just 1 week. Great outcome in an off market sale! Thanks to Trudy, Aaron and their team! Highly recommend.

To engage Trudy to sell our property was a decision we have not looked back on. From day one Trudy was very professional, but gave a very calm and caring approach to our sale. She was always updating us and was even there when I had a couple of melt downs, nothing was too much trouble and she went that extra mile, even to securing us our next investment property within a few days of our sale. She even had her "happy dance" when we went unconditional. It has been an honest pleasure having Trudy as our agent - and if and when there is a next time to sell, she will definitely be the lady we go to.

Trudy is always professional and is always willing to help and try to answer any question a person may have. We would not have what we have now if it wasn't for Trudy and also Joey our solicitor.
