Well motivator and cooperative.
I am happy to correspond with LJ Hookers, Yarrabilba. Within 2 working days, both parties have signed the sale of the contract. Whenever I need information about the property and even tenant-related LJ Hookers delivered information and help promptly. I am happy to keep my investment property to LJ Hookers as a "Property Management".

Easy and honest
Buying a house is stressful, especially when agents are sneaky about pricing, offers and make it difficult to know if your budget makes you a potential buyer of a property. Trudy was up front, direct and made it very easy to put an offer in and get the sale done and contracted within hours of first discussing it. Timely communication throughout and knew the property and area well. Highly recommend!

Extremely professional you can't find a better realter anywhere
Super friendly always available if she doesn't pick up her phone she will reply or call back within an hour. Had 2 realters before Trudy for our sale and can honestly say she's the best around!! Never stops working honest and easy to talk to

Stress Free Property Sale
Trudy was absolutely terrific to work with for the sale of our property. Her market knowledge and her great advice and guidance on the best way to prepare for and place our property on the market left us feeling very comfortable and confident. To receive a phone call from Trudy within a couple weeks of our property being advertised with a great offer was just amazing. Our property sold for more than we expected and much faster.
