David Farrugia Is a very dedicated Sales Manager at Macquarie real estate – Casula. I gave him the task of selling my house on the 22 of February 2022 and it was sold on the 10th of March barely 16 days after it was put on the market. Communication with David was ongoing and he always had my best interest at heart. Extremely happy with David. I would recommend him to anyone who wants to sell their house. on a scale of 10 I give him 10

David recently sold our investment property at Casula. We found him to be genuinely friendly and approachable, he is also very professional, has great knowledge of the local market, and always got back to us on any questions or issues we had, no matter the time of day. The whole sale process went well, albeit a few issues that David helped resolve, and the property sold within the price guide that he recommended and we agreed on. We were very happy with David’s service and would highly recommend him to any prospective vendors (or buyers).
