Market went down due to interest hike but David and team ( Brook and his boss, my apology I forgot his name) worked relentlessly to get the best out of the market and got us the best price we could get in the current market. They manage to sell my property in just 4-5 Weeknd open house. On the settlement day in-fact David came to help to move the household. In my life I have not seen real estate helping client with moving their house in-fact he wasn’t shy to vacuum the house. I was super impressed and I have a very high regards for his gentlemen act.
