I used Macquarie Real Estate as both a Property Management and Sales Agency. Amit Maharaj did a fantastic job both finding tenants for my property as well as communicating any issues that the tenants had or repairs that were required. He promptly actioned any requests I made relating to the property. David Farrugia was also fantastic. He also gave me all the information and advice I needed to get the best price for my property.
