David handled everything from start to finish but still included me in every decision in regards to the sale of my property. He was contactable anytime i rang and answered all my questions which was such a relief being a first time seller as it was very daunting. David, Yvonne, Brooke and the wider team feel like your locals - like your local post office, grocery store etc - the go to real estate agents in the area. They take time to understand the bigger picture of your buying or selling plans and pave a path or stepping stones to it. We started with buying our first home with them and now have been in a fortunate position to sell with them towards building a bigger place as our family grows.

I contacted David regarding a property I had seen on real-estate. my wife and i were not overly keen on the property however the space we required was there. we attended an open home and really got to see the home for what it is. the home oozed character and we quickly saw the potential. David let us roam the property freely and was not pushy. I found David to be quite personable and was quite accommodating of a second inspection. we have yet to settle due to delays from the vendor however David deserves credit for his work and letting us see the property for what it is.
