Marriott Lane Real Estate, in particular Ian Cherington, has looked after our properties, which we rent out for many years. Our experience has been exemplary from finding good tenants, managing any issues with the properties and liaising between the tenants and us. Ian is easily contactable, attentive to any needs and extremely affable. Our experience has been faultless and we highly recommend Marriott Lane Real Estate for any real estate needs.

It is so lovely to deal with Sabine as a tenant. Her communications are so professional and friendly, she is prompt, she provides extra information and is just wonderful in comparison to many many property managers out there in Sydney. The best!

I had the pleasure of working with Matt to secure my rental apartment and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the very beginning, Matt was professional, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about the local market. He listened carefully to my needs and preferences, and within a short time, he found the perfect place for me. Throughout the process, Matt was responsive and always kept me informed, answering any questions I had promptly. He made the application process seamless and stress-free, ensuring I understood every step along the way.
