We were promptly informed by Shant when the tenant decided to break their contract early. Shant explain to us the current market conditions and the process of finding new tenant. He keeps updated us the potential new tenants. Even when he had a short break for few days, his co-worker had call us to update the progress of finding new tenants. We are very happy with the service provided by the team there.

I am struggling with multiple items that are faulty in the unit. Multiple emails with pictures and concerns have been shared; however, we are being asked if we made them faulty. We reported the problems within 48-72 hours of moving. The lights are faulty, the locks are faulty, and the intercom doesn't work, among other things. I am appreciative of the fact that the agent is trying to help, however, some items are time-sensitive and it would be very helpful if these are sorted ASAP.
