I am hesitant to write a review for Marriott Lane. This is because I did not find the agent met my expectation. When you charged me 6% management fee per week, I am expecting you protect my ROI. This is the opposite. The property has been leased for more than one month and I did not even received $1 rental income. Every week, the tenant is requesting repair of this and that. The agent is supporting the tenant. I am worrying that tenant's request keep coming and at the end, my interest are not protected. My experience with other tenants and agents are acceptable and they are reasonable requests. Anyway, looking forward to the end of the lease.
