When this property was first advertised by ML, it was wrongfully advertised as 1 bathroom when it actually has 2 bathrooms and I struggled to find tenants at right price. I noticed the error late until a friend alerted me. Apart from this error, it has been a good experience with ML for the past almost 2 years. Thanks v much for the management team ML!

Matthew, a very diligent seasonal property manager who has managed and leased out tons of properties, kindly helped me secure a rental place that was a best fit for me. He was also very kind to give me constructive and professional advice on my interim stay and furniture storage before I moved in the new place. Excellent communication doubtlessly! His colleague Stephen who helped the previous owner sold the property to the new owner has also been incredibly nice to make sure my seamless move-in. Indeed it’s a professional team who knows the market especially lower north shore area best. Highly recommend for anyone who needs professional help with either selling or buying, leasing or renting a property! You’ll never go wrong with this fantastic team!
