Matthew, a very diligent seasonal property manager who has managed and leased out tons of properties, kindly helped me secure a rental place that was a best fit for me. He was also very kind to give me constructive and professional advice on my interim stay and furniture storage before I moved in the new place. Excellent communication doubtlessly! His colleague Stephen who helped the previous owner sold the property to the new owner has also been incredibly nice to make sure my seamless move-in. Indeed it’s a professional team who knows the market especially lower north shore area best.
