Upon family recommendation I changed my property management agent to Marriott Lane a year ago with minimum fuss. Matthew proves to be a very engaging and informative manager, making sure that my property is well looked after. And now he is able to get me new tenants with no gap in vacancy. Very happy with the service indeed

Over the couple of weeks we had the chance to participate to tens of inspections; but the one we had with your agency was one of the best. It is our very first time that we are going through renting a property in Australia. Matthew answered all our questions with patience and walked us step by step in terms of things that needed to be done. We appreciate the support; constant and open communication.

I have been renting my St Leonards investment apartment for over 20 years and have had a number of different agents handle it. Marriot Lane Real Estate is the best agent I have ever had. They are professional efficient and provide excellent advice.

Sabine from Marriott Lane has been wonderful from our initial meeting and throughout the application process. I was stressed out from needing to move and work at the same time. Sabine provided me with all the information I needed and packaged nicely which allowed me to review all the document, sign and pay the advance rent + bond. The whole experience has been nothing short of 5-stars and I am so happy to be dealing with a professional, no nonsense real estate agency. My maintenance issue was also attended to immediately. Thank you!
