In leasing out our 4BD dual occupancy we met with many agents and Matthew stood out immediately with his level of experience and insight. His dedication shows in how he reached out to us 1year on when we (made the mistake of) choosing another agent, even though we had moved overseas. In 1 week he was able to secure us a tenant while the previous agent wasted over a month with no results. We have since also been impressed with his ongoing management

We had the pleasure of moving into cammeray, with the help of Matthew Hanlon, who had the perfect blend of wanting to look after the owner but also clearly caring and wanting the best for new renters.

Our request to attend the inspection was promptly responded to. Following the inspection we submitted an application on the weekend, which was responded to on the weekend. This enabled us to get everything moving quickly with our application.

Matthew is a fantastic agent. As a tenant he is great to deal with, punctual, reasonable and courteous. He doesn’t just work for the landlord, he works for the situation. I’m sure he is also fantastic at all other aspects of real estate and as a landlord myself I would be honoured to have him represent me and my property.
