I am a property owner who has entrusted management of my Waverton rental property to Marriott Lane Real Estate agency, Crows Nest. I have been fortunate to have Shant Komchian as my manager for the past couple of years. Mr. Marriott has a wonderful team of expert agents under his company's umbrella. I believe I am fortunate to have one of the best! 2020 was a terrible year for all of us and not a great time for landlords. It was during this year I decided to renovate my apartment prior to the new year rental period. I was not in Sydney at the time so totally dependent on Shant to arrange quotes, book tradesmen and help with my creative decision making. He is so very organized, professional and a man of good taste. I could never have achieved this goal without his support. And I am pleased to report my unit was rented after the 1st showing and great negotiation on Shant's part. I have contracted a few agents in my area over the years but after the initial meeting with an agent I assumed would manage my property, over time the job of managing my unit was passed onto newer staff with little experience having to explain my needs and expectations to new staffers regularly. So I am extremely happy that I can rest assured my property is thoroughly inspected and managed by Shant Komchian for yet another year.

He only replies to my emails and not my partners, pretty lazy and slack to be honest.
