I am a property owner who has entrusted management of my Waverton rental property to Marriott Lane Real Estate agency, Crows Nest. And I am pleased to report my unit was rented after the 1st showing and great negotiation on Shant's part. I have contracted a few agents in my area over the years but after the initial meeting with an agent I assumed would manage my property, over time the job of managing my unit was passed onto newer staff with little experience having to explain my needs and expectations to new staffers regularly. Marriott Lane Agency respects the landlord's expectation of their rental managers and the need to build a good relationship over time. So I am extremely happy that I can rest assured my property is thoroughly inspected and managed by Shant Komchian for yet another year.
