Fantastic experience
I have never had such a thorough experience, Shant has been so helpful and so on to it made this process so easy. I still haven't heard from other apartments I applied for on the same day. We are already signed up and ready to go with Shant. Wonderful experience.

Great Agency
the inspection was ok, it was not the announced realtor Shant, but unit was nice, the replacement realtor didnt have all the information I queried about and neither let us know about the parking/storage space on site. Rent process was quick and painless.
