Excellent agency persevered through a difficult time finding a tenant. Shant and his team never gave up and we got there in the end!

It is undeniable that Marriott Lane are a respectable real estate agency with numerous properties around the North Shore. My only problem with them is that their property managers very rarely action request a made by you the tenant. Furthermore, there seems to be a real problem with actually acknowledging your emails and responding to them in a timely fashion. The only was is up I suppose.

We had a great experience with Andrea. The property was rented out at first inspection. Andrea followed up in details, the whole hand over process was very smooth.

Matthew is fantastic property manager. He resolves all issues promptly and updates me as needed. He has found me new tenants quickly whenever the lease expires. He has a high level of attention to details which results in very thorough property inspections.

We have worked with Matthew Hanlon for the past 18 months and have been hugely impressed by Matthew's professionalism, his honesty and ability to make the process as painless as possible and achieve results. It is akin to finding the perfect doctor, dentist, accountant - we have found Matthew as our real estate agent and we can not recommend him highly enough. Matthew is and will continue be a very successful man.
