I had become disillusioned with property managers and did not have any great expectations when I handed my unit over to Marriot Lane. What a revelation it has been as to how good a property management team can be! They do exactly what they say they will do. They keep me fully informed when selecting tenants and really I don't know what I could criticise about them.

Marriott Lane Real Estate comes highly recommended by me. Mainly because Matt Hanlon my agent is absolutely phenomenal at his job, displaying the following credentials in bucket loads: 1) Professional 2) Punctual and timely 3) Very funny! 4) Balances the needs of both the tenants and landlord - which is important, I want my tenants to be very happy in my home 5) reliable I am so grateful for the way Matt manages my property - he makes the process stress free and highly transparent - which is really important given I am living interstate. Thanks again.

Excellent property management service. Communication is prompt, requests are actioned immediately, my directions are precisely followed without question. As I live far from the property I need to know that the local agency will act in my absence when required but keep me informed too. It is very important to me that my valuable tenant is looked after well; I have full confidence in Marriott's property management skills.

I have always used Shant for my rental property’s... It is so important for me to have an absolute gentleman to do the work on my rentals given Iam an extremely busy Barrister who does not have the time to deal with all the large and small issues that require the essential attention of a competent agent. I can not recommend him more than this testimonial states in honesty and in truth. Michael C Newton

Put it this way, if Shant goes - we go. He's great and I'm very confident and trust him managing my unit.

I have engaged Matthew Hanlon in your office to manage my property at 13 Ernest Street, Crows Nest since 2010. Matthew has always been managing my property very well with his professionalism. My property portfolio has since grown and all my properties have now been managed by Matthew because there has been a trust built between Matthew and me and I know I can rely on him to manage my portfolio. Matthew is a great asset to your office. I would recommend Marriott Lane to people who need your service because of him. Jane
